Meet Patti Mardell

Patti’s path to real estate started in numbers. She earned her Master of Accounting from USC and began her career as an accountant at the global firm Arthur Andersen. The work kept her traveling constantly, which meant time away from raising her three children, Sami, Andrew, and Autumn. So in 2014 she stepped away from accounting, earned her real estate license, and after her very first transaction she knew she had found her place. The skills she had spent years sharpening, negotiating firmly for the best possible price and managing the fine details of even the trickiest transactions, turned out to be exactly what her clients needed most. Originally from Milwaukee, Patti moved to Los Angeles at eighteen to trade the cold for sunshine and never looked back. Today she serves as president of the USC Marshall and USC Leventhal Alumni Association and stays active in exclusive networking groups across the city, where her love of meeting people and building real connections comes naturally.
